User Definitions, Users and Groups​

There are three different concepts around users in Flowable: User Definitions, Users and Groups. In this video the differences are explained and show how to create a user and a group.

Multi Tenant Setup​

v3.14.0+

In multi-tenant environments, the tenant ID can be assigned to new users via the designated text field. This ensures that the list of available user definitions is appropriately constrained to those associated with the specified tenant.
